Beach Street Speculative Development
The Beach Street Speculative Development is a 7060 square metre warehouse made from precast concrete wall panels. It incorporates a mezzanine office of 357 square metres above a carpark. The project nestles into the side of a site that slopes between two existing industrial facilities located near the M4 and M7 in Eastern Creek, Sydney. The building has been generically configured so that it can accommodate a wide range of tenants, particularly those in the logistics / light-manufacturing / storage sector. The office has been designed to meet new low-energy operating targets by using a range of sustainability measures, including high-tech glass, bulk insulation in the building fabric and low energy lighting.
