Fawcett Brothers

AVL is developing a project on behalf of Australand for Fawcett Brothers, a family owned food manufacturing company. Fawcett Bothers require a purpose-built facility to handle production and distribution of food items. Located in Seven Hills, Sydney, the company will build a 6640 square metre precast concrete warehouse that will house specialised dry and wet food handling processes, a boiler room and depalletiser facilities. The facility will allow for truck access from both ends of the production warehouse. The project will also incorporate a 250 square metre office, which will feature external aluminium louvre shade devices to address its westerly aspect.
