IPMG New Print Facility

PMG is a group of companies incorporating Hannon Press, which specialises in high quality and large volume distribution printing services. IPMG recently engaged AVL to refurbish an existing 40,000 square metre industrial building overlooking the Warwick Farm Race Course in south western Sydney so that it can accommodate a state-of-the-art printing facility. This project will also involve the refurbishment of 2000 square metres of office space.

AVL Recently completed its concept design for the IPMG printing facility. A key aim of the AVL design is to give structure and continuity to the 270 metre long facade of the existing building. It is envisaged that the refurbished facade will form a continuous 'ribbon' comprising new structures, painted finishes, shade screens and landscaping that will signal how the building itself functions, highlighting spaces where a range of activities occur on site.
